Creative Cooking... Learn to think creatively in the kitchen! Start with a good foundation, learn a few basic recipes well and get creative to change up that same recipe. Creative cooking means taking a classic recipe and incorporating local ingredients or using leftovers and making something totally new! In my video I was preparing for a brunch and was able to turn some leftovers into my sweet & savory crepes. I used my tropical berry fruit skewers topped with whipped cream for my sweet crepe. For the savory crepe, I was able to use my grilled chicken, grilled corn and green chili soup to make the savory crepe. Topped with sour cream and salsa. Delicious!
