A ruling didn't come from the North Dakota Supreme Court today concerning the Moe Gibbs murder trial. Prosecutors in the case are asking the Supreme Court to order Judge John Paulson to let them present evidence of Gibbs' possible motive for killing Mindy Morgenstern. Members of the Supreme Court were in Grand Forks today, and didn't make it back to Bismarck in time to get a ruling out on the request.
