In Burma, the number of dead is continuing to rise, but the military government insists its aid operation is running smoothly. Two weeks on from cyclone Nargis, the regime says 78,000 people are now dead and 56,000 missing. But more than two million survivors are in desperate need of food, clean water and shelter.
