The fourth forum of the Africa Aids Vaccine programme drew partcipants from the 36 states of the federation and members of the international community. Addressing the gathering of medical practitioners and researchers, the Minister of State for health Chief Gabriel Adauku is optimistic that the development of HIV Aids vaccine will reverse the negative impact of the disease in the economy.
